adequate but not excellent
small room unsafe area
the breakfast was acceptable there were many choices available each morning.
the room size was smaller than i anticipated based on the photos i saw online the lack of space made it difficult to relax the television was not a smart tv so streaming services were unavailable. the surrounding area didn't feel particularly safe during the evening.

the breakfast included a very large selection. the rooms were super clean.
the service at the reception seemed glatt and kühl. unfortunately, the italian flair was missing.

The breakfast was excellent. the staff was very kind and attentive. i loved the housekeeping services. They kept everything clean. the hotel has a cozy feeling.

helpful staff prosecco bottle golf cart tour good breakfast
the staff are very helpful and friendly. we got a bottle of prosecco for our anniversary. i wanted to do a golf cart tour and the hotel arranged for one to pick us up. breakfast was very good with many options.
the location its about a 20 minute walk to the city center.

the staff are very polite, cute and helpful. the staff were amazing and very tentative. billy made coffee while we were collecting bags. the staff provided convenience when checking in to the hotel.

excellent hotel stay
hotel cleanliness friendly staff breakfast choice
i really enjoyed the hotel cleanliness. the staff were friendly. breakfast had many choices. the included spa access was a great bonus, i liked the homemade cake too.
i found the service slightly impersonal and cold, lacking some italian warmth.

the hotel features a breakfast room where drinks were available in the afternoon, the spa area had limited space, requiring bookings to manage the number of guests and i saw a T1 tram stop right outside, convenient for transport.

i stayed in a beautiful double room, there was plenty of space in the room, it was very quiet and super clean and the air conditioning was very effective during hot days and there were walk-in closets behind the mirrors.
